I asked that question years ago to the Human Resources person on board when I applied to change position and she told me that there were vacancies in Guest Relations. As I knew crew members working in that department, I said to her with total sincerity: "You think it's Guest Relations, for me, it's the Complaints Department." I had heard many anecdotes about constant and unusual complaints from passengers. The patience that the staff has to have to listen to only problems and try to solve them by responding with diplomacy.I had my energy spent to listen to complaints and constant requests so I opted not to accept that position, but I like the stories that the guys from Guest Relations have, would you like to share some of those unusual and funny stories? Come on, we want to read them !!!!
